Guardian Fire Equipment started out in Blue Bell, PA in 1986. Since  the beginning, our goal has been to provide our customers with service before, during, and after the sale. Owned by Scott Schimpf and Ron Elmo, Guardian provides sales and service for E-One fire apparatus and Hurst Rescue Tools.

Having been active in the volunteer fire service for years before starting the business Scott and Ron knew the importance of quality tools and apparatus to the fire companies. They also knew that even the best equipment needs maintenance and service to perform at its best. As the company grew, they saw to it that the service department grew in step with the growth of the sales department. Today, Guardian services many departments in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. This includes all makes of apparatus not just the E-One's they sell. In addition Guardian offers comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for apparatus and the Hurst line of hydraulic rescue tools.
